Achieved Puro.earth carbon removal certification and ISCC Plus sustainability certification. Biochar with >80% fixed carbon sold into European voluntary carbon markets, with syngas providing energy self-sufficiency.
5 TPD Plastic-to-Oil Pyrolysis Plant
PYROMAX reactor achieved 75-80% oil yield on polyolefin-rich feedstock, with consistent quality suitable for steam cracker feedstock. Product oil sold to regional petrochemical offtaker under long-term supply agreement.
30 TPD Continuous Tire Pyrolysis Facility
Engineered for extreme ambient temperatures (50 degrees C+) with enhanced cooling systems and heat-rated instrumentation. Fully automated with SCADA-based remote monitoring, processing a government-contracted legacy tire stockpile.
15 TPD Biomass Pyrolysis for Steel Industry
Biochar produced to specification as pulverized coal injection (PCI) replacement for steel blast furnaces. Fixed carbon consistently above 85% with ash below 5%, qualifying as a coal-to-biochar decarbonization pathway for heavy industry.
8 TPD Plastic Pyrolysis with ISCC Plus Certification
One of APChemi's 3+ ISCC Plus-certified plants. Full mass-balance chain-of-custody documentation enabled certified oil to be sold as chemical recycling feedstock to a major European petrochemical company at premium pricing.
25 TPD Mixed Waste Pyrolysis Plant
Engineered for highly variable feedstock composition typical of developing-market municipal waste. Integrated pre-processing line with shredding, ferrous/non-ferrous metals separation, and rotary drying to condition heterogeneous RDF to within reactor specifications.
Pyrolysis Oil Purification & Distillation Facility
APChemi's own PUREMAX fractional distillation facility, commissioned in 2019, processes crude pyrolysis oil into specification-grade fuel products. Serves dual purpose as a commercial production unit and R&D platform for oil upgrading research across tire, plastic, and biomass-derived oils.
Biomass Gasification Pilot Plant
Pilot-scale gasification plant tested at APChemi's R&D facility demonstrating dual-product approach: clean syngas for industrial heating and high-value rice husk biochar with 35-40% yield for soil amendment and carbon credit applications.
