Consolacion Renewable Energy Inc. is undertaking a $90 million waste-to-energy project in Consolacion City, Cebu, Philippines, with GlobalGreen International (GGI Energy and GGRE Philippines). The project will utilize eight modular pyrolysis lines to process 500 tons of municipal solid waste per day, producing 22MW of electricity and 48,000 liters of EN-590 standard diesel daily. The project also plans to reclaim and mine existing landfill cells.

Green Planet Renewable Energy Corp. (GPREC) operates a DOST-funded pyrolysis plant in Naawan, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. The plant converts used tires and plastics into industrial fuel oil, which is used by various industries. GPREC plans to expand its operations to process various types of waste and develop a 'Garbage to Power' facility.

Klean Industries has partnered with RGH Systems Inc. to develop a waste plastic pyrolysis plant in Bulacan, Philippines. This facility is designed to convert non-recyclable plastic waste (polyolefin plastics like PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE, PS) into high-quality fuels, with an initial capacity to process 10,000 metric tonnes of plastic per year (30 metric tons per day). The project aims to produce an estimated nine million liters of clean diesel fuel annually.
